The GHYC offers a variety of free scheduled programs and community events, to include an after-school program, summer enrichment program, and specific programs for girls & boys. GHYC is the host site for National Night Out, and is a community food & resource hub. The center offers access to outdoor & indoor recreation spaces, and a community garden. The center also provides toy giveaways.
