Vehicles For Change Delmarva

About this Organization

In 1999, Vehicles for Change opened outside of Baltimore, Maryland. After building sustainable car award and automotive training programs in the Maryland-Virginia-Washington D.C. region, VFC began work to replicate those programs nationally, aiming to bring independent transportation and training in the automotive field to as many people as possible. Awarding Cars to Families At VFC, we're helping to combat poverty by providing reliable, affordable vehicles to eligible families. Job Training Program Our Full Circle training program provides re-entry skills to men and women to become skilled auto mechanics. 100% of Full Circle graduates are immediately hired within the automotive industry! Full Circle Auto Repair & Training Center Bring your vehicle into the Full Circle Auto Repair Center for low-cost maintenance and repairs. All funds generated at our repair center are directly reinvested into VFC programs. Our Social Enterprise As part of the Full Circle Auto Repair & Training Center, VFC opened a retail garage to serve the public. The garage operates under the care and supervision of our Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified master mechanics and Maryland state licensed inspectors and provides basic auto repair, brakes, tune-ups, tires, and oil changes and is open to the local residents, former VFC customers and recipients.
